The following will generate an HTML version:

cd doc
makeinfo --html gnugo.texi

I've put this HTML file (zipped up to discourage network use of this oversized
HTML file) up on http://www.public32.com/games/go/

I've also put a Windows Help file formatted version.  The current version is
quite rough (not split by section), but is a teaser.  Depending on interest,
I may improve the format.
