… because the result will be that the first column (formatted 'l') will consume 
however much room it requires, causing the 4th column (and 'Advice') to be 
mostly or fully out of view (see screenshot). It is the reason why I think 
anytime we are talking columns of content of variable length which can be 30, 
40, 50 characters or more we probably need a limit of (at most) two such 
potentially-wide columns, and they need to be of type

        p{specific width}

which is why I was suggesting -- if we want these 4 columns of data, to 
collapse the content of one of them inside another e.g. to position the Brand 
immediately under the Substance to which it pertains, either

1) in a new row of its own, or

2) as an alternative, maybe

        substanceName \newline brandName &

can keep both entities inside a single cell and spare us having to put lines on 
the alternate rows. We'd have to test, it, though.
