See attatched screen dump.

1) The Inbox should be a general not pertaining to single patient inbox.
This is like you 'in tray'. It should contain an amalgam of things - eg
patient results for review (This in itself brings up the concept of should be
auto-file in the patient notes and only place abnormals in the Inbox),
specialist letters, memo's etc. It is not related to a single patinet.

2) The scratch pad is an informal jotting area - most useful. There are
potentially multiple entries here.

3) At Ian's suggestion I did contemplate merging the Scratchpad with the
REcalls/Reminders list (Not the inbox), but having given it due consideration
it is not possible to represent both in the one design, as reminders needs
columns, and scratchpad items hence cannot be visibly displayed.

Regards

Richard

PS how about more appropriate headers to this mailing list.
