You will pretty soon see that the docs which will be packaged in a soon to be 
released (1.1.9 again or 1.1.10) are not broken any more. It all depends on 
what you expect to see.

images: they are there by design (from now on) so please package them
links: fixed
chat room javascript: offline user will never notice but if you insist I will 
find a way to remove it from html docs. I personally consider this a feature 
but since you are the packager you decide in case of Debian
