need help on these questions

Hi,

I am configuring our GNATS for try-out. I find something I do concern, but
not sure if someone has solution:

1, There are many fields in the PR pages (create, edit, view, query), is
there a list of which field is mandatory? How can we set to display them in
Red, so easier for user to enter?

2, Right now in any state, one can change the state jumping from one to
another and even from Close to Working. Is there any interface to build the
State logic, e.g. from "Working" can only be changed to "Solved" or back to
"Assigned", that means at each state, only the logic state will be displayed
for change; and also has State change permission, which means only defined
user or user group can change at certain State.

3, I changed "Class" to "Product". the GNATS works properly, but I want to
display the "Product" box before "Category". Although I tried different
ways, it was not successful. Where can I change the box display location of
the page?
