[Help-gnu-radius] how to check failed-attemps

hi 
  The gnu-radius is fine with vpn3000, 
  The vpn3000 use the attribute 66 as calling from ip, but the gnu-radius's 
accounting only log the atribute 31 as calling from id. accounting can log it 
if change attribute 31 to 66 at /raddb/dictionary file.

problem 1: how to let radius check and deactive account after exceed 5 failed 
attemps.
problem 2: how to disable Simultaneouse-Use = 1 at /etc/raddb/users ( don't 
check.)
