[Help-gnu-radius] Multiple Logins Error

Hi,

My radius log is showing errors for some users [username] Multiple Logins
Max 1
However the users are not logging on simultaneously.
My request-cleanup-delay is set to 2 for both Auth and Acct

Auth also has
checkrad-assume-logged  yes

Why does radius think the user is already logged in. How do I fix this
without allowing multiple logins.
