You need to set a passive translator in /servers/socket/2, eg:

settrans -p /servers/socket/2 /hurd/pfinet <options to pfinet>

see settrans --help and pfinet --help for details

with no arguments? there's no central list of mounted filesystems yet
that won't work, but it surely shouldn't hang. try running it with GDB
(gdb mount ; set args foo ; run)
