Error using pwd command

I wrote the following string in the bat file which runs gmake

echo `PWD`/Module.cpp  >> "project.txt"

But when I execute this command in my bat appears the following error:

gmake[4]: [Module.o] Error 66048 (ignored).

I didn’t find what this error mean. So can you tell me it description? What I had to do to prevent this error?
