Of course.  From the dir above the source you are importing - suuming it is
in dir 'mysource':

    cvs co -l .
    find mysource -type d -exec cvs add {} \;
    find mysource -type f -exec cvs add {} \;

I wouldn't.  Once the developer checks out a project the first time CVS will
remember anyhow.
