By default my cvspserver runs as root. And i removed the CVSROOT/passwd
file. But still it is giving the same error.
NOTE: Things were fine, when i made all the modules in cvs as a single
system user and mapped all my cvs users to that system user. This worked
fine in both local and remote methods.
