Mystery - Missing file when updating. Second update gets it.

Hello all.

I have a mystery in this resource 
http://sound-station.cvs.sourceforge.net/sound-station/dsi_visual_crm/src/
(I am the creator of it).

- When checking out the whole project "dsi_visual_crm", the files
TestViewData.php and do_edit_task.php do NOT appear.

- If I go into "src" and do: "rm *" (delete all files) then I do "cvs
update" and they continue missing.

- If I go one level up and do "rm -Rf src" and do "cvs update src",
they continue missing.

Nevertheless, they appear if I go into "src" and I update "namely"
doing this:

cvs update TestViewData.php
cvs update do_edit_task.php

What can I do for them to be downloaded at the first request?
