Gnus/5.1006 (Gnus v5.10.6) Emacs/21.3 (windows-nt) |
I'm running pgg under gnus v.5.10.6, along with gnupg 1.2.4. I also
connect to gnupg with WinPT sometimes.
Until today, all has been well. A colleague claims my signature
wouldn't verify with his PGP 8.0.3 (I think that's the version).
While the version is wrong, I wonder if
http://www.gnupg.org/(en)/documentation/faqs.html#q5.5 hints at a
solution.
Does anyone know if that's likely the issue?
If so, how do I convince pgg to use "--force-v3-sigs", and how do I do
that without messing up anything I'm already doing that's working with
gnupg users?
Thanks,
Bill
