I think this is a very important point: most people like to be honest,
if it is easy. When prices are too high, it's easier to do piracy. But
most people I know with wealth buy CDs, and not because they are zealots
of the law...

Let's cut down prices, and maybe micropayment is part of the solution,
and I bet people will happily pay the copy fees. So it is not a problem
of encorcement.

And it doesn't change the fact that putting a penalty on copying remains
bad in essence.
