[Libcdio-devel] libcdio 0.83 released!

Many thanks to everyone for making this release. (Of course, the remaining
bugs are mine.)

Special thanks to Thomas Schmitt who in addition to adding the MMC writing
code made many numerous suggestions along the way, but more importantly gave
me the clue as to way this wasn't getting uploaded to ftp.gnu.org.

Also new is on ftp.gnu.org is the tarball for the Perl bindings. Due to
changes in dependent software SWIG, that code had become broken. Jerry
Geiger had fixed this but the bindings are now more complete. Although that
was released on CPAN a little while ago, the tarball is also now on
ftp.gnu.org.
