Yes, libtool has the new stuff in it. It seems that part of the
confusion comes from 'new user' style stupidity. I probably used
'libtool --config' rather than './libtool --config' when dumping the
configuration. The configs are definitely different than before.
I am doing yet another rebuild in case something shakes loose.
