guile-config 1.4 seems to be the only version.  The Debina package site 
seems imply that it should work with guile 1.6.

As above it doesn't seem to ahve another name.

Installing the 1.4 version I get:

ERROR: Please install required programs:  guile-config 1.6 (installed: 1.4)

Remove config.cache before rerunning ./configure

dpkg-buildpackage failed!
