Indeed!  I should at least check with both American *and* British
dictionaries before trying to catch a typo! :)

Well, if you will keep it with a "s", a FAQ entry wouldn't hurt
("Why is 'Organising' spelled with a 's' in the manual instead with a
'z'?") :-P [just kidding]
