Almost everything:

 note heads and rests (with attached articulation grobs)
 stems
 beams
 octavation lines, trills, tuplets, etc.
 slurs and ties
 bar numbers
 clefs

Dynamics and scripts are probably not necessary because they are below
the staff line normally.
