It looks good to me, and I don't know a better solution -- Patrick, do
you know a way to escape backslashes so it works with all formatters
(texi2pdf, makeinfo and texi2html)?
I have no time to make web right now, but if it compiles please push.
macros.itexi should be updated in other languages too, I'll do this
asap.
BTW I also removed backslashes in all node names in
changing-defaults.itely, it's easy to track down xrefs that should use
@rusernamed macro.
I must also update check_texi_refs.py so it handles these new macros;
in the mean time, don't use "make {fix,check}-xrefs".
