If anybody wants to work on this:
1. what filename is generated for the <img src...> in the html
output?
2. what filename/directory is context-example.eps converted to in
the website output? (if any)
3. figure out how to make #1 and #2 match up.
My bet is that it's not going to the right directory, i.e.
/notation/ , and that the big-notation-html page shows
context-example just fine. So the solution is to copy or link the
image from the main doc dir into the /notation/ dir. Or else do
something a bit more intelligent.
