If I change the <img src...> file name to "../pictures/context-example.pdf"
then the image displays properly (which is not surprising).

Are we missing a pdf->png conversion for this file?  context-example.pdf is
the only pdf file in pictures/.

All the rest of the pdfs in the docs appear to be in pictures/pdf/
