The changing log file for `song-reordering.ly' might be related (it also keeps popping up then disappearing): Writing Festival XML file song-reordering.xml... -Jurassic +Ju +ras +sic Park -Tyrannosaurus +Ty +ran +no +sau +rus Rex
Spotted this but didn't understand what it meant (other than it's splitting the words apart).

Got it. Shame there's no way to put something like "This is an intended error" in the logfile :-( Anyway, with any luck it should disappear off the horizon now.
