Yes, but we have some deliberate changes in ours.

I don't recommend changing our texinfo.tex a matter of weeks before a
stable release.  By all means do this as soon as 2.15 starts (after
checking to make sure that you don't lose any deliberate tweaks we've
made to texinfo.tex), but not before then.
