Yes.  Ideally we should have no texinfo errors, no .ly errors, etc
etc.

ETA: 150 hours for the English docs alone.  Another 50-100 hours
for the translations.

I wouldn't bother adding an issue to the tracker, but there's
certainly no harm in doing so.
