Well, 1 tone + 3/4 tone = 4/4 tone + 3/4 tone = 7/4 tone, not 7/2 tone.

Would you be ready to submit a fix for hel-arabic.ly to use the correct
alteration values?

Indeed, I am a LilyPond developer today. However, I only began
contributing in 2020, while hel-arabic.ly was added in 2017.
