Thanks!

I don't want to confuse new contributors. We should recommend *one*
program, for all OSes. The easiest-to-use virtualization program we
can find. This appears to be the closed-source virtual box.

The CG already states that "any virtualization tool can be used"; if
somebody has used vmware (maybe at work?), or likes qemu or whatever,
then that's fine. But for the typical "hey guys, I've never worked on
open source before, but I like lilypond, can I do anything to help?
I'm running xp" potential contributor, we should point them at
virtualbox.

I want new recruits to be confused about our source code, not about
how to compile that code.

Cheers,
- Graham
