I run into this regularly as well, and have been resigned to using
rhPartOne, rhPartTwo, rhPartThree
or
rhPartA, rhPartB, rhPartC
I appreciate hearing about "rh1" and \"rh1". That seems reasonable, albeit
ugly. Thanks for that.
rh.1 would be preferable, but does not work as of 2.18.2.
