Like you (and probably everyone else), I'm extremely short on time...
that's why I haven't looked at Lout much in the six months or so since I
discovered it (other than to port it to QNX and BeOS).

I've also got a mental block for functional languages, but I was going
to make an extreme effort to learn Scheme so I could do DSSSL.  :)

I'd be quite happy to help, but I wouldn't be able to contribute for
several months...  I've got C++ expertise, but no clue about DSSSL and
Lout yet.  I've also got several projects that need to be finished
before I can start investigating Lout...  On the plus side, when I do,
it'll be for QNX, so I'll be able to work on it full time.

Is anyone else interested in using SGML, DSSSL, and Jade with Lout for
printed layouts?  If not, I suppose we should discuss this in private
email.
