Thanks to everyone who notified list users about useful lout links.
I have added them to my Lout home page.

I will try to compile Win32 binaries of 3.12 really soon now.
There're some usual minor problems with CRLF braindeath (in the PDF
backend).

Also, you might want to change "startxref %u\n" to "starxref\n%u\n" in
z48.c as PDF seems to require them to be on two lines, though the
wording in the spec is not very explicit about that.  At least
GhostScript's pdf2ps chokes on that.
