I think Daren Scot Wilson's example file was garbled some how, since
his output contains data not visible in his example file.  However,
I think I know what the problem is anyway.  His "lines @Break" is
technically inside a paragraph already, and hence ineffective.  He
needs to use something like

    @Display @Heading {Kitty Green Fund - Report}
    @LeftDisplay lines @Break {
    etc, etc.
    }

although as this stands there will be too much space, so one of the
displays will have to be raw.
