Cyrillic fonts for Lout 3.13

Dear Colleagues:

Could you please explain to me, where I should obtain the Cyrillic fonts for
Lout 3.13 and how I should install them. The README file gives the
impression that they can be downloaded from ftp://ftp.cs.su.oz.au/jeff, but
I could not find them there.

Reading the software/lout.russian file from the distribution does not help
much either.
