Old releases to archive at SourceForge

I currently try to archive all the old Lout releases that I can find
at the SourceForge. I have 2.05 (last in 2.x series), 3.08 and from
3.12 onwards.

Early 3.0x were distributed via comp.sources.misc IIRC - I think it
was .misc, but my memory is hazy (gee! comp.sources.* ... nostalgia).
I think I can find those in usenet archives.

If you have a copy of the versions that I'm missing, please drop me a
line.

I don't want to put 3.18 until I'm done with old versions because of a
stupid bug in SourceForge that claims the latest uploaded release to
be the latest release. They sort the whole list ok, but they use
upload date (instead of separately specified release date) to
advertise the latest version on the project summary page.

The SourceForge group page for Lout is:
<http://sourceforge.net/project/?group_id=2450>
