How d'you set the font for Contents and List of Tables?

Hi,

I can't find the options for:

(1) Setting the font used for "Contents" and "List of Tables".
(2) Setting the line spacing for the List of Tables.

Could someone tell me what they are?

Also, for the List of Tables, the table numbers are left aligned:

    8.4 The collections Module's Abstract Base Classes ......... 359
    11.1 DB-API 2.0 Connection Object Methods .................. 414

Is it possible to right align them, e.g.:

     8.4 The collections Module's Abstract Base Classes ........ 359
    11.1 DB-API 2.0 Connection Object Methods .................. 414
