i realize this had been addressed before, but would it be possible to roll a tarball with the latest version of ltib, and make that publicly available? at the moment, on my latest contract, i have access only to the corporate linux system, which does not even have CVS installed, so doing a CVS checkout is not an option here.

and it's more than a little misleading for the page at bitshrine to continue referring to ltib-6.2.2 as "the latest release." surely throwing together a tarball isn't that big a deal, is it?
