Hi Robert,

There's a new tarball available here:
http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/ltib/ltib-8-1-2-sv.tar.gz
this is a tarball of the current head, which is also tagged as
rel-8-1-2-sv.

Note that I've deliberately left in the CVS directories (anonymous) so
that if anyone does have access and wants to pull updates they can.
