[Ltib] httpd versus boa?

  a general opinion question -- i've been handed a working LTIB setup
that contains httpd-2.0.54.  personally, i'd prefer to use the much
smaller boa, so a couple questions:

  1) all we need the webserver to do is support simple forms to
upload/download files and simple CGI scripts.  are there any crippling
shortfalls with boa that folks have run into as compared to httpd?

  2) just for the entertainment value, has anyone crammed an upgraded
httpd-2.2.11 into ltib?  did it work?  was it difficult?  i'm just
curious.
