I'll merge these in whet I'm done traveling for Christmas. Two things:

  - you can tell git-send-email to set a different email subject prefix
    and you can configure this in the .git/config of each repo so you
    send patches as [PATCH maposmatic] and [PATCH ocitysmap] in the
    subject line: it's much easier for us to identify which is which
    (even though you say so in the commit message itself).

  - I was wondering what the implications of changing tr_TR to tr would
    be for the 'recreate map' feature, because it will not find the
    selected language anymore. Do we need to have something where if the
    language is 'xx_YY.UTF-8' but that doesn't exist we try 'xx.UTF-8'
    instead?
