Thanks Hakan,
I'll merge these in whet I'm done traveling for Christmas. Two things:
Thank you. I would like to start my transifex script as soon as the

operations caused by my script.
- you can tell git-send-email to set a different email subject prefix
and you can configure this in the .git/config of each repo so you

Thank you for this hint. I'll have to read up more on the options and
usage of git-send-email.
- I was wondering what the implications of changing tr_TR to tr would
be for the 'recreate map' feature, because it will not find the
selected language anymore. Do we need to have something where if the
language is 'xx_YY.UTF-8' but that doesn't exist we try 'xx.UTF-8'
instead?
I don't believe we have many maps rendered in Turkish yet, so a
short-term solution would be to just change the language in the database
to "tr.UTF-8" so any recreations would go to the new language.
medium-term solution would be a kind of fallback as you described, but I
fear this would take more development effort.
Actually, this leads me to another train of thought...
As far as I know we don't have a possibility on the web site to show all
maps rendered in a certain language. We had a discussion about
displaying the rendered maps on a slippy map but this seems to be an
orthogonal issue to that.
