Crypt is working (which is default for htpasswd on Unix system) on my
laptop already.   MD5 might be in some days... but this MD5 is NOT THE
SAME as Apaches MD5 sums.  They baked there own thing.   They have added
some salt stuff and LOTS of digestion.

My Idea of a syntax:

  ALLOW [CLEARTEXT|MD5|CRYPT] /htpwdfile [users]

So how are we gonna deal with the CLI prog now?
