The idea here is for detach to remove the _MTN directory entirely, thus detaching the workspace from monotone. Think cvs/svn export.
Then the idea for attach is to recreate the _MTN directory in such a detached directory, after which you can investigate its status, etc.

The "mtn rebase" command would be different from "git rebase", so it might
confuse people.
