Looks like I forgot this in my earlier message... this is forbidden now,
neither of remote_stio and stdio can be called from either of them. I've
changed CMD_AUTOMATE() to allow for also having CMD_AUTOMATE_NO_STDIO()
which gives the automate object a flag saying not to call it from stdio.
