patches for nano-5.4 in the next Debian stable

Hello Jordi,

Attached is a tarball of eleven patches for nano-5.4 in Debian.

The first patch fixes a display glitch, which is rather important
as you enable the state flags by default in Debian.

The next four patches fix some minor issues.  And the five patches
after that fix some really minor things, but when patching anyway...

With those patches applied Debian's 5.4 will have all bugs fixed
that were fixed for 5.5.

The last patch applies some translation updates that came in after
5.4 was released: a massive one for Russian, substantial ones for
Polish and Swedish, and a bunch of minor ones for other languages.
