Follow-up Comment #29, bug #32120 (project octave):
I'd still like to know whether the existing blaswrap.c file works properly if
-ff2c is not used and USE_BLASWRAP is defined. If so, then I'd probably just
fix the configure script on the stable branch and then work on better ways to
interface with BLAS and LAPACK libraries on the default branch.
