[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #52414] llvm 4.0.1 fails on ./configure --enable-jit

Follow-up Comment #9, bug #52414 (project octave):

The patches referred to in comment #6 have now been applied to stable, which
means that Octave 5.0 (to be released soon) can be built with LLVM 4.0.

There some unit tests that pass with LLVM 3.8 and crash Octave with LLVM 4.0,
but they will be reported in separate bug reports.

I don't know if this report must be closed or not: strictly speaking, stable
and default now build with LLVM 4.0, but "make check" fails...
