Details:

I have tried to use octave X-client and X-Sever system.

Octave version is 4.4.1

X-Sever 
 VcXsrv on windows 10.
X-client
 Ubuntu 18.04 on WSL
 Cygwin x64 
 Ubuntu 16.04 connected with "ssh -XC" (X11 Forwarding)

On the system,


plot(1:10)


with qt graphics_toolkit gives blank page or other images of other X-client
software or thread.
