Follow-up Comment #18, bug #57635 (project octave):

I just confirmed the procedure in comment #9 below (and bug #57969 comment
#6).

I don't know if the original issue of bug #57969 is the same or has the same
cause as this one here.

For the time being, let's continue the ineffective cursor here. To me it
doesn't matter much but it seems to be convention to close later duplicates
and continue on the earliest one.
