Follow-up Comment #7, bug #58144 (project octave):

That's a different issue.  The function setIconSize is from the class
QAbstractButton which both PushButton and ToggleButton derive from.  I guess
that QAction doesn't have such a member function.

Do you need to override the icon size here?  In general, the window manager
will select a size that is appropriate for the ToolBar and is consistent with
the user's own settings (small icons, medium icons, large icons).
