Follow-up Comment #23, bug #59206 (project octave): Is "Max num-threads" dependent on the target? Or should we set that explicitly as well? The makefile of OpenBLAS contains the following: # Note for package maintainers: you can build OpenBLAS with a large NUM_THREADS # value (eg. 32-256) if you expect your users to use that many threads.
