Follow-up Comment #52, bug #58957 (project octave):

Hi Kai & co.

I've no time at the moment to investigate the issue (windows octave+sparsersb
crashing when rendering limit case matrices).

However, the scope of sparsersb is not rendering tiny sparse matrices (
sparsersb(matrix,"render.. ), but computing with sparse matrices.

As long as the test suite passes the non-'render' tests, the scope of the
package is fulfilled. 

May I ask John D. and Markus:
 If in sparsersb.cc you comment out the demos and tests using "render", does
the test suite passes all the other tests on Windows ?
(you can use the sparsersb.cc I am attaching)

If this is the case, we turn off functionality on Windows and declare it
broken until we fix it.

Makes sense ?
